Between 2019 and 2021, eight complaints were filed against me. All of them were dismissed for lack of a criminal offense. At that time, the justice system acknowledged the reality of my situation.Then everything changed. My daughter, then 8 years old, was taken to a police station where she was led to make serious statements against me. A criminal investigation opened and lasted a year before ending in an acquittal. The court of appeal then restored my parental rights, which had been suspended as a precaution during the proceedings.That decision did not end the conflict. The same accusations were repeated, this time to medical professionals and social services, until my daughter was hospitalized — just before a school holiday she was due to spend with me. I then asked that her mother be kept at a distance, to see whether that would help her.The next day, a provisional placement order was issued: my daughter, then 9 years old, stayed alone in the hospital for fifteen days. The children's judge acknowledged in writing that keeping her mother away had brought her some relief. She was nonetheless returned to the same environment.Since then, several court decisions have referred, in their reasoning, to a severe maternal loyalty conflict. Nothing has changed as a result. I have had no contact with my daughter for three years now. She is twelve years old today, and I am still fighting in court for her.Note: the term "parental alienation" is not legally recognized as such under French law. The concepts used in court decisions are loyalty conflict, manipulation, undue influence, and coercive control.
